Eve Rose

Eve Elizabeth "Mo" Rose, nee Laverdure, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2024, in Gulfport, Mississippi, at the age of 94. She was born on April 15, 1929, in Belcourt, North Dakota, to William and Rosina Laverdure.

Mo was a kind, generous, and loving individual who took pride in her family. She is survived by her children, Herbert Lonnie Rose (Terina) and Debra Spell, her son-in-law Emile Reimmuth, and her siblings Janet, Eleanore and Mary Anne. Mo was also a cherished grandmother to Holly Arthur Trahan and John Trahan her caregivers,Preston Rose, Jessickah Rose, Lonnie & Lindsey Rose, Summer & Dara Spell, Chad and Nicky Arthur, and many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Constance Rose Arthur and her loving husband Herbert Rose.

Services honoring Mo's life will be held on Monday, February 26th, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, located at 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.     Then there will be a Graveside Service at 1:30 p.m. at Abita Springs Cemetery #1, Abita Springs, Louisiana.

Riemann Family Funeral Home in Gulfport, MS, is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements during this difficult time.

Mo will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
