Mrs. Eva Lee Nowalk, age 84, resident of Gulfport, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2007, in Long Beach.
A member of First Assembly of God in Gulfport, Mrs. Nowalk was a homemaker and a very loving military wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl G. Nowalk, Sr.; parents, James Harmon and Susie Lee Rogers; siblings, Evelyn Carter (and husband, Elmer,) William Rogers, and Hazel Ashley (and husband, Vernon.)
She is survived by her children, Carl G. Nowalk, Jr. (Sandra) of Aurora, CO, Nancy Lee Bova (Robert) of Sefner, FL, and Frances Jane Davis (Kevin) of Gulfport, MS; sister-in-law, Rachel Rogers of Tucson, AZ and a brother-in-law, Edward Nowalk of Forked River, NJ; 6 grandhcildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport.
Funeral services will be held graveside on Wednesday, December 5, 2007, at 10:00 a.m.
Burial next to her husband will be at Biloxi National Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the First Assembly of God of Gulfport, 2600 22nd Ave., Gulfport, MS 39501.
