Enola gay lumpkin Burton

d. July 27, 2007

Enola Gay Lumpkin Burton, age 53, of Biloxi, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2007 in Biloxi.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Burton of Biloxi (owner of GulfCoastNews.com); her parents, Claude Lumpkin and Rose Lumpkin, both of Delta, Alabama; her son, Daniel Scott Burton and daughter, Sarah Dawn Burton, both of Biloxi; her two sisters, Jayne Lumpkin Penland of Delta, and Karol Lumpkin Waters (Terry) of Lineville, Alabama; and her brother, Claude Thomas Lumpkin, Jr. of Delta.
Mrs. Burton was a long-time resident of Biloxi, where she raised her family. She graduated from Biloxi High in 1972, where she met Keith. She was an avid gardener and reader. She loved nature and walking in the park.
Enola was a loving wife and mother, who had dedicated her life to her family. She was so supportive of Keith's work, which made what he did possible. She was light-hearted, but had a wisdom about her, and was known as a good person who could listen and counsel. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
