d. September 15, 2022

Mendenhall, MS

Emmett Fulton Moak (Bill), age 79, passed away on September 15, 2022, in Biloxi Mississippi.

He was born in McComb, Mississippi. Bill lived in Jackson, Mississippi while working at Packard Electric and retired in Mendenhall, Mississippi. He lived an extraordinary life, everyone knew him, and one of the greatest bike builders. Bill was a world traveler, that has seen far more than most people ever seen on a motorcycle. He was a highly decorated sniper senior marksman with over 25 years of competitive long-range shooting. He was a tool and die machinist that thought outside of the box, and he could build things nobody else even thought of. Bill is survived by his oldest son James Fulton Forstall (Jody); second oldest son, Timothy Paul Forstall (Kathy); third child, daughter, Suzanne Elizabeth Moak Maczka (Paul) and last son, John Royce Moak.

There will be no funeral services held. In The spring of 2023 his family will carry his ashes to his final resting place in Cody, Wyoming.

Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport, is serving the family.
