Emily Hartley

Emily Hartley, age 56, of Ocean Springs, passed away on December 30, 2020.

She was born in Union City, TN to David and Otholene Walker. Emily was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her daughter Bailey and embraced every moment with her. Emily was strong in her faith. She especially loved her role as a Mother, Sister, Aunt and friend. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went and her customers at the commissary on Keesler loved her. Emily loved with her whole heart. She grew up a member of First Baptist Church, Obion, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Morgan Bailey Hartley; siblings, David Walker (Virginia), John Graham, Linda Jackson, and Amy McDaniel (Darrell); and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2020, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. at Washington Avenue, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. A memorial service will follow in the chapel.

Family and friends will gather at the beach by the lighthouse in Biloxi on Friday, January 8, 2020 at 4:30 pm for a life celebration.
