Elsa Goodin

Elsa Canoy Goodin, age 51, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021.

She was a native of Cebu, Philippines and resided in Gulfport.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Filomeno Canoy and Maxima Canoy; her husband of 25 years, Capt. Floyd Glenn Goodin; her brothers, Molong Canoy and Ernesto Canoy; and her granddaughter, Juliana Rayne Goodin.

Elsa is survived by her sons, Matthew Aaron Floyd Goodin, Floyd Glenn Goodin (Christine), Roland Goodin (Robin), and Jonathan Goodin; her sister, Elizabeth Canoy; her grandchildren, Brock Aaron Floyd Goodin, Macenzie Louise Goodin, Gabriel James Goodin, Mei Lee Goodin, Bruce Glenn Goodin, Ruby Mei Goodin, Carmen Lauren Goodin, Kalina Naome Goodin, Avah Gretchen Goodin, Gabriella Elizabeth Goodin, and Jaxon Rey Goodin; and her cousin, Aniceto Canoy.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 22, 2021, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, April 23, 2021, at Extended Hands Assembly of God, 16427 Shaw Road, Gulfport, with a visitation at the church from 9:30 AM until the service. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
