Eloise Hynes, age 94, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in Diamondhead.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Lienard Johnston and May Durr Johnston; her sons, Donald Stansbury and Robert Hynes, Jr; and her sister, Adele Martin.
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Robert Hynes; her children, Wendy Tucker (Robert Howell) and Rachel O'Brien (Chaz O'Brien); her grandchildren, Ryan, Eric, Owen, Salesha, Sheila, Kevin, Mallory, Emily, Stephen, and Nicholas; and several great-grandchildren.
Our "Nen" was very loved by her family, especially her husband who doted on "his girl" until the day she was called home to the Lord. Nen loved gardening, watching the birds, and cutting a rug on the dance floor. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd., Pass Christian. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Her burial will follow the service at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach.
