Elois M. Tumlin Anderson, age 81 of Gulfport, died on Saturday, January 17, 2009, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Anderson was a lifetime resident of the coast and was a long time member of the First Asssmbly of God Church in Gulfport, which she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Louis Anderson; her parents; brothers, Lawrence and Clyde Tumlin; and by a sister, Ruby Whitfield.
Her survivors include, 2 daughters, Sandra Hayley (Otho) of Lawrenceville, Ga. and Joan R. Blackwell (Michael) of Gulfport, 2 grandchildren, Roger L. (Bubba) Brock, Christina (Tina) R. Laird, 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be today, Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME on Highway 49 North , Gulfport from 1 p.m. until the service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in the Pine Ridge Gardens in Gulfport.
