Ella Mae S. Dubose, a resident of Gulfport, died on Sunday, October 5, 2008, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Dubose is preceded in death by her parents, Luther, Sr. & Leona Dedeaux Swilley.
She is survived by her daughter, Michele Denise Lappert of Gulfport; her sister, Marylee """"DeeDee"""" Martin, and her husband, Glenn, of Gulfport; her brother, Luther Swilley, Jr. of Perkinston; three grandchildren and her husband, Jimmy Dubose of Gulfport.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, at 12'Noon at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, where friends may visit thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow at Ladner Cemetery off Riceville Road in Stone County.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507. For more information, please call (228)539-9800.
