Elfriede Teichman

Elfriede Teichman, 93, of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away on December 12, 2023. She was born on February 16, 1930, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Josef and Maria Flach. Elfriede immigrated to the United States in 1953 and made Biloxi her home in 1966. She was of the Roman Catholic faith.

In the 1970s, Elfriede worked as a store manager at the Paul Brown's Hallmark Store at Edgewater Mall in Biloxi. Her dedication and hard work made a lasting impact on the community.

Elfriede was preceded in death by her 2nd husband, Gerald Teichman, and her 1st husband, Benjamin F. Moffett; and her brother, Eberhard Flach.

She is survived by her sons, Ed Moffett and Walter J. Moffett; niece Gabi Kück; and grandchildren Andrew and Sheri McInnish.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM, with a visitation from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Rd. Biloxi, MS. Burial will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS.
