Eleanor Rogers

Eleanor Adams Rogers, age 97, of Biloxi, passed away on January 10, 2022.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her grandchildren, Alexander Rogers and Ashleigh Rogers Zelaya; her great-grandchild, Connor Rogers; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Rogers, Sr.; her son, Frederick Rogers, Jr.; and her parents, brothers, and sisters.

Mrs. Rogers was a native of Water Valley, MS. She earned her Bachelors of Education. She was the owner of Quality Health Service, including Quality Home Health Care and Quality Hospice. IN 1996, she was named Business Woman of the Year for the state of Mississippi.  She loved her slot machines; was involved with the Boys & Girls Club; and was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Ocean Springs.  She loved her people dearly and was proud to be a part of their lives.

Friends are invited to join the family for visitation and friends on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, MS.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., with the Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

Mrs. Rogers will be laid to rest at Southern Memorial Park in Biloxi, where she will be laid to rest with her husband and son.
