Mr. Einn Lee Overbay, 43, passed away December 23, 2020, at his home in Vancleave, MS. Einn was born in Kansas City, MO, on December 15, 1977, but lived 42 years in Gulfport, MS. He was an accomplished guitar player and singer and also enjoyed bass fishing and all water sports. Einn had a remarkable personality and had the ability to make you feel better with his humor no matter what kind of day you were having. He had an impact on everyone he ever met and was loved by all.

Einn is preceded in death by his father, Edward Overbay; his brother, Eric Overbay; his maternal grandparents, Gene and Vera Reich; and paternal grandmother, Ruby Greenberg.

Einn is survived by his parents, Dara and Danny Buckalew; his sisters, Holly Norris and her husband, Jeff and Caitlin Arnold and her husband, Jacob, and Nicole Overbay; his nephews, Reid and Bryce Norris and Judah and Samuel Arnold; and many aunts, uncles and cousins that loved him dearly.

Einn will be laid to rest beside his brother in a private graveside service Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Finley Cemetery near Gulfport with Reverend Brian Cameron and Mr. Johnny Hoggatt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home of Grace, 14200 Jericho Road, Vancleave, MS 39565.
