Edward Stanley Ziemba, age 80 and a resident of Pass Christian, died on Friday, September 30, 2011, in Gulfport.
Mr. Ziemba had been a resident of Pass Christian for the past 30 years and was a member of the Catholic faith. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired after 20 years of service and then retired from Civil Service, after 21 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley & Helen Ziemba and his brother, Frank Ziemba.
Mr. Ziemba is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Rebecca Tate Ziemba of Pass Christian; his sons, Michael (Eileen) Ziemba of Mandeville, LA and Chris (Karen) Ziemba of Biloxi; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to First Baptist Church of Long Beach, 300 N. Cleveland Avenue, Long Beach, MS 39560.
The Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road in Pass Christian, assisted the family with arrangements.
