Mrs. Edith F. (Lester) Arnold, born November 10, 1934 in Virginia, daughter of Ola (Witt) Lester and John Lester, wife of Wayne Arnold, Sr. of Gulfport, died on Saturday, March 10, 2007.
She is survived by two sons, Wayne Arnold, Jr. of Pass Christian, MS and Joseph Arnold of Gulfport and his wife, Jackie; one daughter, Deborah (Blette) of Clinton, MA, and her husband, Joseph; three grandsons, Joseph, Mike, and, Chris, all of Clinton, MA; two granddaughters, Amanda Arnold of Gulfport and Dee Brewer of Virginia; sister, Hazel Meadows of Cedar Bluff, VA; brother, Harmon Lester of Bandy, VA.
Mrs. Arnold graduated from Richland High School in 1953 in Virginia.
She was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, where friends may call from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Burial will follow services in the Pine Ridge Gardens section of Evergreen Gardens in Gulfport.
