Edgar J. Ladner, age 76, of Pass Christian, died Sunday, July 19, 2009 at his home in Pass Christian.
He was born on July 21, 1932 in Pass Christian. He worked as a plumber with Joe Hayden Plumbing in Pass Christian and retired from Reichhold Chemicals in Gulfport as a pipefitter. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Pass Christian. He was a n avid sports fan, he loved fishing and watching sports on TV, especially the Atlanta Braves and the New Orleans Saints.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Exzoria and Odile Ladner and a son, Michael J. Ladner.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Doris Louise Ladner and a daughter, Deborah Ann Ladner, both of Pass Christian.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Holy Family Catholic Church where friends may visit from 10 - 11.
Interment will be in Wolf River Cemetery.
