Mrs. Earsel Ealy Grant, age 91 of Gulfport, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 in Gulfport.
Mrs. Grant was a native of Hillsdale, MS and spent most of her life in Gulfport. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene of Gulfport and a long time Sunday School Teacher in the Nursery Department for over 20 years.
Mrs. Grant is preceded in death by her her husband, Jesse (Buck) Grant and her son, Robert Shelby Grant.
She is survived by her 3 children, William Doyle (Marilyn) Grant of Gulfport, Jesse Thomas (Lucy) Grant of Gautier, Sue Ellen (Emmett) Smith of Gulfport. 15 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great-Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 26, 2007 at 6:00pm at the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Road Chapel in Gulfport where friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Alzheimer's Foundation of So. MS Division, 4803 Harrison Circle, Gulfport, MS 39507.
