Dustin Mitchell

Dustin Gene Mitchell, age 41, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
He was a native of Long Beach and graduated from Long Beach High School in 1997.
Dustin was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Elaine (Case) Nelson and Daisy (Savarese) Mitchell.
He is survived by his parents, Jennifer (Jay) Fitzgerald and Greg (Sue) Mitchell; his daughter, Angelle Lyn Mitchell; his siblings, Sydney Fitzgerald, David Fitzgerald, and Haley Mitchell; his stepbrother, Dustin Hughes; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
Dustin worked in construction, as a mechanic, and was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed camping, races, football, family, and cookouts.
So full of love, Dustin had the best sense of humor and if you were his friend, you were a friend for life. Though we are left with the pain of his passing, we are filled with a love like no other that he could give. We thank God for every minute of everyday that we shared here, and pray he is forever resting in peace.
