Dr. Lorraine T. Boisselle

Rev. Dr. Lorraine T. Boisselle, affectionally known as “Dr. B”, age 81, of Gulfport, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her father, Armand Teolis; her husband, Robert Boisselle, Sr., and her aunt/uncle, Bernice Kerr (Bev Kerr).

Lorraine is survived by her children, Joshua Boisselle, Carlos Boisselle (William Boisselle-Schalaba), Robert Boisselle, Jr., Matthew Boisselle, and Sarah Boisselle (Joe Coleman); her sister, Casaundra Ernest; her grandchildren, Serenity Plummer, Jacara Coleman, Tatiana Coleman, Devin Boisselle, Jazmine Boisselle and Katianna Boisselle; and her cousins, Sharon Dupuis (Jeff), John Kerr (Jean Ann), and Dan Kerr (Sandi).

She was a native of Albany, NY, and a resident of Gulfport, MS, she received her PHD in Psychology from Bryan College and Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church, she was also an ordained minister of the Episcopal Church, she enjoyed painting, reading, cooking, tennis, baseball (especially the Yankees), swimming, and playing games.

Mom, you left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide, although we cannot see you, you’re always at our side.

A visitation be held from 2:00-3:00 PM, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, the funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM.
