Douglas A. Sund, age 49, and a resident of Gulfport, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2009 in Gulfport.
Mr. Sund worked in sales with the Bailey Lumber Company for over 20 years. He was devoted to his children, and loved his two dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. Sund and Bernice Sund.
He is survived by his children, Dustin Sund of Gulfport and Brandon Sund of Ocean Springs; his brothers, Robert M. Sund and his wife. Donna, and Steven J. Sund and his wife, Tami, all of Biloxi, and his sister, Linda D. Boykin, of Ocean Springs.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, July 9, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until the Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507.
