Dorothy Louise West, age 57 of Wiggins, died on Monday, February 18, 2008 in Wiggins.
Mrs. West was an executive baker for offshore oil companies and she enjoyed being a grandmother, baking and playing bunco and other card games with her friends.
Mrs. West is preceded in death by her husband, Everett """"Jay"""" West, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Lynn Boyte and Regina West Burge both of Wiggins; her son, Everett """"Scooter"""" West, III of Wiggins; her mother, Ruth Verrett Smith of Poplarville; her sister, Cynthia """"Cindy"""" V. (Michael) of Poplarville; her brothers, Milton """"Butch"""" (Betty) Swilley of Petal and Uria """"Herbie"""" (Rhonda) Swilley of Bay St. Louis; her six grandchildren, Raegan, Brianne, Ethan, Kyle, Baily, and Skyeler and several nephews and nieces.
A Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 6:00pm at the Wiggins Church of God Worship Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Wiggins Church of God, 845 N. Magnolia Street, Wiggins, MS 39577.
