Mrs. Dorothy E. Russell, age 83, died, Monday, September 24, 2007 in Orlando, Florida.
Mrs. Russell was born in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of the Gulf Coast since 1954, before moving to Orlando, FL in 2002 to be near family. She was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church and a charter member of the Daughters of the Nile and Jophia Temple 146.
Mrs. Russell was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest R. Russell, Sr. She is survived by her two children, her daughter, Carol MacKeen and her husband Greg, of Orlando, FL; her son, Ray Russell, Jr. and his wife, JoAnn of Naples, FL; two grandchildren, Jennifer of Orlando and Marc of Michigan; one great grandson, Thor.
A graveside service will be held Friday, September 29, 2007 at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, in Long Beach at 10:30 a.m.
