Dorothy Pearl Muller has passed away to be with her husband, who passed away 20 years prior.
Mrs. Muller was born Dorothy Pearl Rice in Planesview, Nebraska on June 6, 1925. During World War II she worked for aircraft manufacture Lockheed where she worked as a riveter producing the P-38 Lighting. She met and married Walter G. Muller, a Lieutenant in the Army, while working at a soda fountain in Columbus, Georgia. Mrs Muller has been a resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the past forty four years.
She is survived by a brother, Dwight M. Rice; daughters, Dora Jean Harrison of Gulfport, Carolyn Sue Muller of Ocean Springs, and Janet Leana Hanson of Gautier; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on today at 1:30 PM at Biloxi National Cemetery.
