Dorothy Green

Dorothy Fae Green, age 87, of Long Beach, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, in Biloxi, MS.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Herbert Green; a sister, Doris Fitzgerald; and a granddaughter, Nicolette Michelle Phillips.

Mrs. Green is survived by children, J.C. Green (Amy), Alan Green (Kelly), and Jeanne Marie Green Torres; a niece, Susan Jean Fitzgerald; her grandchildren, Kimberly F. Green, Charlie A. Green, Kourtney R. Green, and Kristen Musso (Stephen); her great-grandchildren, Payton A. Green, Daizie Y. Green, and Palmer M. Musso; and other relatives and friends.

She was a native of St. Louis, MO and was a graduate of Roosevelt High School.  She was an Administrative Clerk with Naval Support Activity and was a government clerk for 23 years.  Mrs. Green was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, working puzzles, going out to eat and spending time with her family was the most important.  She was a member of the Christian Scientist Church.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 1:30 – 2 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach.  A graveside service will be at 2:30 pm in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
