Doris M. Trochesset Cook, age 70 and a resident of Long Beach, died on Saturday, January 24, 2015, in Gulfport. Mrs. Cook was a native and lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Thelma Trochesset; her husband, Arthur Glen Cook and her brothers, Robert Lamey and Bill Lamey.
Mrs. Cook is survived by her daughters, Drema (Ron) Barnes and Terri (Darrin) Oberg all of Long Beach; her sister, Patricia (Jim) Walker of Texas; her brother, Carl (Clora) Trochesset, Jr. of Biloxi; her former spouse and friend, Jay (Patsy) Duncan of Baltimore, MD; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at 11:30am at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
