Doris Paulk Blair

Doris Dale Paulk ""Dorie"" Blair, age 51, of Helena, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2011, in Texas.
She was born in Palaicos, TX and had lived most of her life in Helena. Dorie was a wonderful caretaker, prayer warrior for her family, and her grandchildren were the loves of her life.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Herbert ""Jimmy"" Paulk and a step-son, Charles Robert Steeley.
Survivors include her parents, Jim and Trilla ""Mickey""Paulk, her 2 daughters, Regina Vice and Sabrina (John) Riley, her grandchildren, Savanah Lowman, Garrett Lowman, and Hunter Lowman, step grandchildren, Paton Steeley, Corey Steely, and Mercedes Lowman, 2 sisters, Bessie Hendry and Diane (Jimmy) Vice, a brother, Denny (Teresa) Paulk, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10 am - 12 noon at the Helena Presbyterian Church, 10401 Saracennia Road, Moss Point. The funeral service will begin at noon in the church sanctuary. Interment will be in the Paulk Family Cemetery.
