Donnie Culpepper McDonald, 67, of Gulfport went to Heaven May 7, 2011.
She loved and was a member of Grace Chapel Church in Gulfport. She loved to cook for her family and friends for all occasions. Donnie was loved by everyone and she loved her family. She was one of kind that made everyone laugh, and she never met a stranger.
Donnie was a hairdresser for over 30 years and was a business owner in the Bel-Aire Community.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Doris and Charlie Keen; brother, Ronnie Keen; and son, Kevin Culpepper.
Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Stephen McDonald; daughter, Alesia Deshamp (Randy); step-children, Stephen A. McDonald and Kelly McDonald; grandchildren, Casey Moreno (Victor), Johnny Spencer, and Devon Culpepper; sister, Shirley Newell (Harry); five nieces and nephews; and the numerous patrons that she considered family.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 2:00 pm, with visitation one hour prior, at Grace Chapel Church, Landon Road, Gulfport.
Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, Long Beach.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport assisted the family with arrangements.
