Donna Lou Castello, age 77, of Lyman died Thursday, January 10, 2008 in Pass Christian.
Ms. Castello lived her life to serve and please others. She was a retired bookeeper for Dr. Dabbs, Dr. Riemann and Dr. West and a former employee of Beattie Monument.
Ms. Castello was preceded in death by her husband, Merritt L. Castello, Jr.; her parents, Mozart and Delia Saucier Landrum; her son, Albert T. Castello; her brother, Glenn Landrum; and her sister, Georeane Portwood.
She is survived by her children, Melody Castello of Dallas, TX, Theresa Risley of Slidell, LA, Merritt R. """"Randy"""" Castello of Pass Christian; her siblings, Shirley Dedeaux (Homer) of Gulfport, Joan Robinson of Lyman, Dillard Landrum of Lyman, and Helen Yarbrough of Lyman; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made to Grace Chapel Church, 15453 Landon Road, Gulfport, MS 39503.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 12, 2008 from 12:30 to 2:00 P.M. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11213 Hwy 49 N, Gulfport. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
