Donald Vance Green

Donald Vance Green, age 50, of Gulfport, passed away on July 19, 2021, after a brief battle with cancer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Amanda Green; his father, Keith (Pat) Green; his grandparents, Henry and Winnie I. "Boozie" Green; uncle, Irvin Green; and 2 aunts, Janice Green Thornton and Judy Green Burchette.

He is survived by his 2 daughters, Diana and Brianna; 2 brothers, Rocky Green and Wendell Green; a sister, Vanessa Green Reed; 3 uncles, Delbert (Evelyn) Green, Bill Thornton, and Don Burchette; aunt, Jeannie Green; nieces and nephews: Phoenix Green, Silas Reed and Eli Keith Green; his companion, Susan Stritch; several cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Vance was an avid fisherman and he loved to dance. He was dedicated to taking care of his girls and will be greatly missed by those close to him.

A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Green Family Cemetery in Kreole.
