Donald Jack Kraemer, born July 9, 1938, left peacefully for his heavenly resting place on Nov. 30, 2021 at age 83. Don graduated from Marquette Law School. In addition to working for a large firm, Don opened his own office later in his career. He served in the National Guard while in college. He was the President of the Diamondhead Property Owner’s Association and served on the Elmbrook School Board among many other organizations in the community. Don had a zest for life and relished in retirement at Diamondhead CC as an avid golfer. He proudly belonged to the Crewe’s of Selene and Olympus in Diamondhead. A seasoned traveler, he loved to be the life of the party and cherished singing for his friends. An accomplished athlete, he loved telling stories to his grandchildren about his baseball glory days, including the no-hitter he threw in semi-pro ball. He loved baseball so much that he sold beer at County Stadium during the Braves games working his way through Marquette. Don attended many Packer Games with his family and friends. He never hesitated to tell his stories about golfing with Brett Favre down in Mississippi.
Don was preceded in death by his first wife Barbara and his second wife Carole.
He is survived by his five children, Kim (Jim), Kevin (Linda), Keith (Mary Beth), Angelin (Chris) & Jenny. Fourteen grandchildren, Josh (Katie), Samantha (Kesler), Zachary, Jack, Mason, Patrick, Seth, Emily (Jason), Caroleann, Aimee, Thomas, Zachary (Hailey), Natalie & Teagan. He currently has six great-grand daughters.
