Dollie Belle (Parker) Bell, our beloved mother, died, Monday, April 17, 2006 at 85 years of age from a long term illness. She was born in Bloomington, Texas on July 20, 1920 to John and Ethel Parker.
Mrs. Dollie lived near Gulfport since getting married 63 years ago. Being a very dedicated wife and mother and a good business lady, her days started long before daylight and lasted late into the night as she was doing for her family. What she did for us in her lifetime will not be forgotten, and I thank the Lord for giving us this mother.

She is survived by three children, John C. Bell, Jr, of TX, Abby K. Ritchie, and Vickie J. Delancey of Gulfport; brother, Clyde Parker of TX; eight grandchildren, Sean, Mansel, David, Lisa, Tanya, Gina, Jack and Aaron; three great grandchildren, Michael, Erika and Devin.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 20, 2006, at Gulf Coast Funeral Home, Three Rivers Road Chapel, Gulfport (just south of Dedeaux Road) where friends may visit from 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 21, 2006, in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Ladner Cemetery on Riceville Road in Stone County.
