Diana Larkowski

Diana Lynn Larkowski, age 62, of Poplarville, MS died Thursday, January 6, 2022.

The daughter of a Navy personnel she traveled extensively with her family living in Vallejo, California, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Houston, Texas, Newport News, Virginia, New London, Connecticut, and San Francisco, California before returning with her family to Gulfport. Diana was born in Santa Rosa, California. She attended various schools and completed High School at Gulfport High School with class of 1977.

After graduation she was employed for a few years with the Daily Herald and over 20 years with Memorial Hospital Gulfport.

Diana was Baptist and attended Michael Memorial Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Carol Blum.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Scarborough; son, John Paul Larkowski, her father, Lionel J. Blum; siblings, Gerald Keith Blum and Lionel J. Blum, II, and Lynell Jean Blum Franklin; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 1:00PM to 2:00PM at Michael Memorial Baptist Church, 15053 John Clark Rd, Gulfport. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Michael Memorial Baptist Church. A burial will be held following the service at Blum Family Cemetery, 22311 Armes Road, Saucier.

The family prefers contributions to Michael Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund in his name in lieu of flowers
