Dewey Dye

Dewey R. Dye, age 73, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 in McHenry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Annie Dodd Dye; brothers, Donald Evans and Charles E. Dye; sisters, June Ryan and Iris Sellers.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Diane Threadgill Dye of McHenry; daughter, Tina Hewitt (Kenny) of Perkinston; granddaughter, Haleigh Sample (Chris Lacour) of Pass Christian; two brothers, Wade Evans (Betty) of McHenry and Ronald Dye (Barbara) of Gulfport; six sisters, Rose Keener (Ralph) of San Antonio, TX, Frances Cortez (Herman) of Des Allemands, LA, Lyla Margaret Murillo (Alberto) of San Antonio, TX, Alice Bourque (Kenny), Carolyn Seymour (Manuel) of Gulfport and Illa Perez (Willie) of Gulfport; His little furry child, Tippy Dye; numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Sunday, May 21, 2017 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A visitation will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Finley Cemetery in Saucier.
