Delores Gwen Reyer Richardson, age 50, passed away September 12, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gidden and Mildred Staley; mother, Mildred Reyer; sister, Mathilda Ashworth; and brother, Robert Wallace Reyer.
Delores is survived by her husband of 32 years, Curtis Louis Richardson; her father, Robert Melvin Reyer; her children, Dell Louise Ratliff (Bryan), Robert Louis Richardson (Amanda), Brandi Nicole Patrick (Cameron), Jacob Anthony Richardson (Emmily), and Oliver Richardson (fur baby); her sister, Joan Roberta Reyer; her grandchildren, Destiny (Onion-Sunshine), Tristen (Tator), Curtis (Apple), Azalea (Fat Baby), Tylee (Tiny), Bryan (Oil Spill), Abigail (Moon-pie), Aurora (Bighead), Aubrey (Dragon), Camden (Chubbs), and Jasper (Jar Jar Munchkin); her nephew, Melvin Cheeley; her nieces, Malvina and Angel Cheeley; her sister-in-law, Diane Cowart; and many more loved ones.
Delores was born in Lafayette, LA, raised in Gulfport, MS, and lived in Poplarville, MS. She was a general manager at Hardee’s in Poplarville, MS. Delores was married to the love of her life, Curtis, for 32 years. She raised 4 amazing children and was #1 mamaw to her grandchildren. Delores was her dad’s “beautiful and favorite” middle daughter.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching wrestling, and collecting music boxes. Delores was a member of the Holiness Church First Free Church of God.

A visitation will be 9:30am-12pm, Monday, September 19, 2022, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport and the funeral service will be at 12pm. Interment will follow at the First Free Church of God Cemetery.
