Dawn Maurine Lero Tanner

Dawn Maurine Lero Tanner, age 63, of Gulfport, passed away on September 10, 2012 in Wiggins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Rufus Lero; her maternal grandparents, Jerry P. Hardsaw and Maurine Hardsaw; her paternal grandparents, Hurley Rufus Lero and Betty Jackson Cooper; and after her death by her daughter, Tina Michelle Tanner Gulledge, who passed away on the same day.
She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Mae Lero of Gulfport; her son, James B. Tanner of Webster, TN; seven siblings, Ronald H. Lero (Christine) of Coco Beach, FL, Brickford A. Lero (Theresa) of Coco, FL, Forest K. Lero (Carol) of Dothan, AL, Steven D. Lero (Thecla) of Baton Rouge, LA, MeLynn L. Pattillo (Bob) of Alamogordo, NM, Mikel H. Lero (Irma) of Long Beach, and Cara L. Pucheu (Jacques) of Gulfport; five grandchildren, Sheena K. Lawton of Gulfport, Katrina Raborn of TN, Chelcy Raborn of Gulfport, Dillon Tanner of Ft Walton, Fl and Kayla Tanner of TN; and three great grandchildren, Don D. Vasquez and MacKenzie G. Lawton, both of Gulfport, and Chance Raborn of Long Beach.
A graduate of Nursing School where she became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), she worked at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 6:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, with a visitation from 5:00 PM until the service.
