David G. Thompson

David G. Thompson, 66, passed away on October 20, 2023, in Bay St. Louis, MS. He was a resident of Diamondhead since 2005.

After graduating from Moselle High School in 1975, David worked as a skilled marine electrician at Ingalls Shipbuilding, Turnbull Metal and others.

Fishing was David's favorite pastime, and he loved fishing at the Twin Lakes in Diamondhead.

David was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Brashier.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Hamill of Kiln, MS, his father, Charles Doyle Thompson; and his siblings, Charlie Thompson (Gladys) of Hattiesburg, Carol Baker (Mike) of Kiln, MS, and Darren Thompson of Hattiesburg.

A graveside service will take place on Friday, October 27^th, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Highland Cemetery in Hattiesburg, MS.

Reverend Mike Miller will officiate the service and pallbearers will be: Charlie Thompson, Darren Thompson, Billy Thompson, Ben Thompson, Bo Thompson, and Vic McMahan.
