David Sullenberger

David Michael Sullenberger, age 53, of Gulfport, passed away on March 5, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Sullenberger; and his step-father, Randy Newman.

He is survived by his mother, Gerri Newman; his siblings, Cane Sullenberger, Stephen B. Sullenberger (Tyler), Carla Hilley (Mark), Brandon Newman (Angeline), and Loren Newman (Angela); nieces and nephews, Alac Sullenberger, Blaine Sullenberger, Cade Newman, Natalie Hilley, Tate Sullenberger, Renn Newman, Jace Sullenberger, and Bret Newman; and other relatives and friends.

He was a talented artist that created many different pieces of art. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time outdoors. He also worked as an expert carpenter. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A gathering will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, from 2 - 3 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Gulf Coast Rescue Mission, 2750 Mission Lane, Biloxi, MS 39531.
