Danny Barrett

Danny "Honey Bear" Barrett, age 64, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 in Long Beach. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing with his great-nephews and great-nieces. Danny loved hunting, running dogs with his friends and watching Atlanta Braves Baseball.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rayford Ray Barrett; stepfather, Ernest Alexander.
He is survived by his mother, Joyce Alexander; son, Cameron Lewis; sisters, Becky Willette (Jeff), Cindy Bland (Mark) and Tammy Bryant (Jessie); three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three nieces; one nephew; four great-nephews; three great-nieces.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach. A graveside service will be held 2:00PM Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Allen Cemetery in Long Beach. A procession will leave the funeral home at 1:30PM on Thursday to go to the cemetery.
