Daniel W. Wasilenko, Jr. passed away on February 12, 2019 in Biloxi, MS at the age of 75.
Born to Daniel W. Wasi�lenko, Sr. and Irene Wasi�lenko, Danny was born in Biloxi and graduated from Notre Dame High School. Danny was the owner of Dan's Speed Shop and worked in the construction business for many years. He had many interests throughout his life. Danny was an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints and was a season ticket holder since the team's inception in 1967. He was also a fan of the University of Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles where he attended many football and volleyball games. Danny enjoyed fishing with his friends in the waters of Delacroix, LA for trout and redfish. As a Coast native, he loved Mardi Gras and was a member of several organi�zations over the years. He was a devout Catholic and member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Woolmarket. In addition to his many interests, Danny will be remembered for his contagious smile and his great love of family. His generosity was endless when it came to those he loved.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel W. Wasilenko, Sr. and Irene Wasilenko.
He is survived by his be�loved wife of 35 years, Sheron K. Wasilenko, and his chil�dren, Trent Wasilenko, Lisa Lawler (Ron), Danny Earl Wasilenko (Candi), Clayton Wasilenko (Cindy), Melissa Brant, Michael Wasilenko, Maggie Wasilenko, and McK�enzie Wasilenko. He is also survived by his siblings, CeCe Canonici(David) and Betty Jo Ross (Wayne). Danny was also blessed to be survived by his five grandchildren, Matthew Lawler, Madison Lawler, Mary Kate Wasilenko, Macy Claire Wasilenko, and Abbie Sawyer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Woolmarket with visitation for family and friends from 9:30 until Mass.
