Daniel Beard Pierce, 24, went home to be with the Lord on June 26, 2007.
Daniel was born in Biloxi, MS, but made Louisiana his home for the past year.
Daniel proudly served in the United States Marine Reserves, and after his discharge, he began working offshore, where he felt he found his lifelong career.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the employees and staff of Biloxi Regional Medical Center for their generosity, prayers, concern, and compassionate care during his final days.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Kim Beard; brother, Brad Pierce, both of Biloxi; grandparents, Tom and Linda Beard; two uncles, Jeff (Tammy) Beard, and Mike Beard, all of Richland, MS; a great-great-uncle, Robin, (Myrtle) Whitfield, of Mendenhall, MS; four cousins, Aaron Beard, of Florence, MS; Heather and Sarah Baer, of Richland; and Dianne Beard, of Harrisville, MS; numerous other relatives, friends, and co-workers.
Visitation will be at THE RIEMANN FAMILY'S Riemann Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi on Thursday, June 28, 2007, from 5:00 p.m. until the funeral at 7:00 p.m.
