Daniel A. Melson, 63, of Gulfport, passed away in Gulfport on Saturday, April 11, 2009.
Mr. Melson was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Melson; his parents Cecil and Mabel Melson; his sister, Toni Marley; and his grandchild, Joshua Brandon Michael Voels.
Mr. Melson is survived by his four children, Sylvia Reynolds of Gulfport, Pamela Byrd of Fort Drum, NY, Tina Graves of Ocean Springs, and Eugene Daniel Melson of Ocean Springs; 5 sisters; 1 brother; 11 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
He was a good husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
A visitation will be held Friday April 17, 2009 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi from 10:30 to 11:30 am for friends. The funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
