Daniel Joseph Beech

Daniel Joseph Beech, age 76, passed away surrounded by his loving family on March 4, 2023, at Bedford Care Center of Picayune, MS.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mick and Chuck Beech; brothers, Tony and Mike Beech; and his sister, Patricia Artz, all from Jackson Michigan.

Daniel is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Tammy Beech from Picayune, MS; his children, Jaimie (Joel) Bartley of Hillsdale, MI and Daniel P Beech of Jackson, MI; his in laws, Raymond and Cindy Smith of Florida; brother-in-law, Matthew Smith from Florida; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He had many cherished friends that were just like family.

He was born in Jackson, Michigan, and was a current resident of Picayune, MS. Daniel was a proud veteran of the US Army. He retired from the prison in Jackson, Michigan and had several jobs he loved throughout the years from bartending to carpentry work.

Daniels favorite hobbies were shooting pool, fishing, taekwondo, cooking and bicycling. He also enjoyed the spirits and many others too.

Our family would like to send a special thanks to the staff at Bedford Care Center and Inhabit Hospice for their excellent care and compassion, and a special thank you to everyone who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be on St. Patrick’s Day March 17, 2023, this was his favorite holiday, and it was a tradition throughout his entire life to be it with family or friends.
