Dallard S. Gibson, age 69 and a resident of Gulfport, died, Wednesday, May 9, 2007 in Gulfport.
Mr. Gibson was a native and lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He was a member of the Pentecostals of the Gulf Coast in Biloxi.
Mr. Gibson was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Sarah Coleman Gibson and a sister, Robbie Joann Wedgeworth.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Ethel Holliman Gibson of Gulfport; his daughter, Marilyn Whitehead and her husband William """"Steve"""" of Biloxi and their daughter Allison Whitehead; a son, Andrew """"Andy"""" Gibson of Gulfport; his brothers, James Gibson of Gulfport, his sisters, Phyllis Gross and her husband Jerry of Saucier, Marion Kelly and her husband Charles, Sarah Hilbun and her husband Benny and Elizabeth Jones and her husband Lamar all of Saucier and Betty Johnson of D'Iberville and numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 11, 2007 from 6:00-8:00pm in the new chapel of the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 3:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
