Cynthia "Sue" Davis

Cynthia “Sue” Davis, age 79 of Saucier, MS passed away on February 12, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on August 31, 1944 in Pecos, TX to the late James Davis Sr. and Ann Sumrall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Don Davis, and Eddie Davis.

Sue enjoyed horses and loved to ride, and had horses her entire life. She loved animals tremendously and raised and bred dogs. Sue was a caretaker and helped take care of so many people and animals. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sue is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Odom (Michael Evans); grandchildren, Adrienne Ladner, Steven Breun III, and Felicity Swanstrom; companion, Jospeh Herring; sister, Olivia “Tiny” Landry; and brothers, James Davis Jr., and Johnny Wells. Sue also leaves behind to cherish her memory, a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
