USN CPO Ford Phillips, retired, passed away June 14, 2012 at the age of 89.
He was a resident of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, MS.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his wife, Mona Phillips; two sons, Wesley Phillips and Tracy Phillips.
He is survived by his daughters, Nancy Phillips and Vicki Reynolds; his brother, Welton Phillips; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the Armed Forces Retirement Home Chapel, where friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until the service.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, June 18, 2012 in Eureka Cemetery, Pocahontas, TN.
