Constance M. Ferrill

Connie Ferrill, 51, of Gulfport, passed away on July 31, 2012.
Mrs. Ferrill was born in Biloxi to Earl Russell and Josephine Annie Catchot April. She was a lifelong resident of the Coast and had worked for Long Beach High School years ago. She will be remembered for her courage, strength, love, and faith. She had a tremendous will to live. Through the toughest of times, she always had a smile and joke. For those that met or knew her, her strength was contagious, and we were truly blessed to have known and loved her.
Connie was preceded in death by her mother and her sister, Toni Lee April.
She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Prentice ""Scooter"" Ferrill of Gulfport; son, Michael Bryan McWilliams of Gulfport; granddaughters, Alexis and Breigh; father, Earl Russell April; sisters, Linda Fernanda (Larry), Betty Jo Fortier (Wayne), Joanna Fields (Teddy), Elizabeth Noble (Donnie); brother, Russell April (Benita); mother-in-law, Diann Young; father-in-law, Prentice A. Ferrill; sister-in-law, Diann Hans (Dave); and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, from Noon until 2:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
