Connie Ferreira

Connie Ladner Borne Ferreira, age 68, of Pass Christian, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ran Waltman & Gladys Ladner, her first husband, Sidney Borne Sr. and nephew, Donald L. Bentz

Connie is survived by her husband, Marco Ferreira, her son, Sidney Borne Jr, 2 grandchildren, Morgan Borne & Sidney Borne III (Trey).  Her siblings, Eddie Ladner (Ada), Freddie Ladner Sr, (Toni), Ondie Ladner Sr. (Susan), Jeannie Shavers (Gail), Tammie Bentz (Wayne) and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews and cousins.  Her godmother, Joan Ladner and best friend/cousin Vicky Robinson.

Connie was a loving person with a big heart. Her life was on the Wolf River, where she lived. She loved fishing, boating and always having family fun there. It was named “The Wolf River Yacht Club”.

Connie’s 2 favorite celebrations was Mardi Gras and 4th of July. She was a member of the Live Oak Indian Choctaw tribe; and she retired as a school teacher.

The family will have a Celebration on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the Wolf River Yacht Club (6510 Menge Ave., Pass Christian) at 12:00pm. Riemann Family Funeral Home, Pass Christian is serving the family. The online guestbook may be signed, and memories shared at www.riemannfamily.com
