Colleen Boyette

Colleen Tapp Boyette, born December 11, 1925, went to be with her Heavenly Father on January 24, 2019 at the age of 93.
Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, Vince and Ethel Tapp of Falkner, MS; and her husband, George Franklin Boyette of Woolmarket. Upon marrying Franklin in 1946, she moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast where she resided in Woolmarket.
She is survived by her children, Dennis (Roxanna) of Guntersville, AL, Denise Monroe (Wade) of Woolmarket, and Dale (Cynthia) of Woolmarket. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Many will remember her twenty plus years at the Woolmarket Elementary cafeteria. Others will remember her smile and caring nature. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and cooking.
She always gave willingly and unselfishly. We lost a great woman but Heaven gained a beautiful soul.
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Woolmarket Baptist Church with visitation starting one hour prior. Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
