Cody Cuevas

Cody Cuevas, age 17 and a resident of Kiln, died on Thursday, July 21, 2011, in Harrison County.
Cody was a 2011 graduate of Hancock High School. He was a member of Grace Chapel Church in Kiln, and was an avid hog hunter.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Amy Lampton Cuevas and his paternal grandmother, Karen Cuevas.
Cody is survived by his father, Randy (Sharon) Cuevas; his brother, Chase Cuevas; his step-sister, Jennifer Toups and her daughter, Makayla; his paternal grandfather, Carl Wayne (Sonja) Cuevas; his paternal great grandmother, Alecia Buley; his maternal grandmother, Joanne (Papa Doug Seal) Lampton; his maternal great grandmother, Florence Bessmer; his uncles and aunts, Jeffery (Crystal) Cuevas and their children, Samantha and Blake, Kelly (Bonnie) Cuevas and their children, Kipp and Lacy, Kendall (Donna) Ladner and family, Keith (Nikki) Ladner and family, Kevin Ladner, Kimberly (Bradley) McKay and family, Todd (Jettie) Crain, Robert (Kristy) Ford and their children, Ricky and Brittany, Robert (Donella) Lampton and their children, Cory and Rheanna, Julie Normand and her children, Haley and Laura, Billy Lampton and his children, Dylan and Macee, Charles Lampton, Jason (Rochelle) Lampton, and their child, Jayden; his cousins, Binnie Frost, Bridgett Frost, and Vanessa Evans; his step grandparents, Cathy & John Huff; his step aunt and uncle, Linda & Garrison Creel; his very close and special friend, who was almost like a brother to him, Blake Ladner, and his parents, Chad and Beth Ladner and their daughter, Micheala.
There will be an all night visitation held on Sunday, July 24, 2011, from 6:00pm until the service on Monday, at Grace Chapel Church, 9208 Edwin Ladner Road in Pass Christian.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 25, 2011, at 10:00am in the church sanctuary. Interment will follow at Standard Sandhill Cemetery in Hancock County.
Pallbearers will be Blake Ladner, Jacob Ladner, Grant Shaw, David Hudson, Kipp Cuevas, Robertdale Bourgeois, Kevin Ladner, Colin Ladner, Brennan Moran, Shane Cuevas, Dilan Hoda, and Janson Cuevas.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road in Pass Christian, is in charge of arrangements.
