Claude Key

Claude Vance Key, age 74, of Gulfport, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville Howard and Dimple Shoopman Key; and his brother, William Key.
Survivors include his son, Todd and his wife Ashley Gates Key of Gulfport; his brother, Orville Key of Lucas, KY; his sisters, Ann Basil of Springfield, IL, Peggy Patrick and Gayle Kender, both of Glasgow, KY; and his grandchildren, Gannon Key, and Layton Key.
Claude was born and raised in Kentucky. He served in the U.S. Army as a medic and worked in civil service where he retired from the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
