Clarence Thornburg

Clarence E. Thornburg, 79, died peacefully at his home Friday, September 22, 2006 after a long battle with cancer. C.E. was born August 16, 1927 in Joy, TX, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence A. Thornburg. He is survived by his wife, Sherry, of 22 years; his children, Mr. and Mrs. Paul (Ann) Warner of Sulphur, LA; Evan Ray Thornburg of Slidell, LA; Mr. and Mrs. Jon (Myrna) Thornburg of Diamondhead, MS; Mr. and Mrs. James (Clarissa) Ward of Winter Park, FL; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grand child. He is also survived by his sister, LoRita Burnett of Mount Pleasant, AR and his brother, Wilton (Bud) Thornburg of Omaha, NE.
